DELIVERY

All orders are processed and shipped 48 hours after being received, this is to allow for your item to be carefully selected, personalised and wrapped.

48 hours after you have placed your order, your parcel will be sent via one of the below nominated shipping methods.

We offer a range of delivery options, please choose an option that best suits your personal needs.

 

U.K.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature: 2-3 business days: £3.95 - £6.95 on orders under £300 (postage price dependant on product, calculated at checkout)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature or Parcel Force: 2-3 business days: Complimentary on orders over £300
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature: 1 business day: £7.95 - £9.95 (postage price dependant on product, calculated at checkout)

 Europe

  • DHL or UPS tracked and signed: 3-4 business days: £9.95 - £29.95 (postage price dependant on product, calculated at checkout)

 International

  • UPS tracked & signed: 5-7 business days: £29.95 - £99.95 (postage price dependant on product, calculated at checkout)

 

Goods will be sent to the delivery address given by you when placing the order. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance.

Upon dispatch of the product(s) we will send you a shipment confirmation email.

You can track shipment of your products by clicking on the 'Track My Order' link in the shipping confirmation email. Please note such links will direct you to the courier’s website, which is not controlled by us.

It is our aim to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to public holidays, weather conditions and other factors out of our control.

We will be unable to change the delivery address on orders after checkout.

We are not responsible for items returned to sender for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect/insufficient address
  • Unclaimed from the post office
  • Failure to pay taxes/customs fees

If a package is returned or rejected, it is the customer’s responsibility to email hello@albionsporting.co.uk to arrange redelivery and you may be liable to pay for postage costs.

If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of products, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mailbox.

Title to and risk of loss to your product(s) will pass to you once you take possession of the products.

Refunds for delayed deliveries due to third parties will not be accepted.

 

Taxes and duties on international orders

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).

If you order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Non Personalised items

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, but if for some reason your item is not suitable, you’re welcome to return your purchase within thirty days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.

Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.

To be eligible for an exchange or a return and refund, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must be must include a completed returns form in order for a refund to be applied.

We require a proof of purchase in order to proceed with any Refund. This is usually an order number provided in your confirmation email upon purchase or a packing note number within your received goods.

Any items that are received back which are not in a resalable condition will be returned to you.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning, your return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of any packaging, as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card / bank account.

Any items returned without a returns form or order number may not be refunded. No returns will be accepted after the specified returns period.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Personalised items

Please note that once an item has been personalised with a monogram, you do not have the right to exchange or return it if it is unsuitable or if you provided incorrect details for personalisation.

We are not liable for accuracy of orders and you should double check your order before finalising. Please be sure of suitability before purchasing.

Once your order has been placed we cannot accept any changes or amendments.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
